Hi, this is James Wheelock the author of Houston housing market. This will be the last post of our Houston foreclosure series. Below you will find a Google interactive map that is plotted with all the Houston foreclosures above 500000 listed by all real estate companies in the Houston metro area. These Houston foreclosure listings can be found else where on the web as they are pulled from the Houston MLS, but you will not find nearly as much information nor tools on any other platform. You can narrow the search criteria for the Houston Texas foreclosures by utilizing the text boxes and drop down menus that become viewable when one mouses over the borders of the map. If you would like to view the details for any of the Houston Tx foreclosures plotted within the map just click the house icon representing the Houston foreclosure listing above 500000 that you are interested in. If you click on one of these Houston house icons our entire home search technology will open displaying the details for that Houston property. Once our Houston search engine technology has opened you can continue to search for Houston foreclosures above 500000 or you can revise your search bringing every single Houston real estate listing with in reach of your finger tips. If you have any questions, concerns or happen to be interested in viewing any of these Houston foreclosure properties feel free to email me at jameswheelock@houstonhomessource.com or if you prefer to speak to me, you can call (281) 979-0793.

Your website for “Houston Foreclosures Above $500,000″ incorrectly lists a home at 9522 W. Peedernales as a foreclosure. The information seems to be provided by Silver Star Realty. This is a new home owned by Coventry Homes and is avialble for sale and is not a foreclosure. Please remove this home from your website immediately to avoid a lawsuit. Gatehouse Properties is a division of Coventry Homes and has never provided Silver Star Realty with permission to list this home and has never had any contact with Silver Star Realty.

@Greg Carr: The properties listed on http://houstonhousingmarket.org are licensed to be here via the Internet Data Exhchange (IDX) protocol. For your listings to be displayed on HAR.com your listing broker has agreed to have the homes displayed via our IDX. I looked into why the property you mention was showing up as a possible pre-foreclosure. The development team and I found that the disclosure section on the multiple listing service listing read MI/Lender Approval. This is why the property was being flagged as a potential pre-foreclosure or short sale. Discussions with the listing broker were held about the property and he has removed the phrase MI/Lender Approval from the disclosure section of the listing. Once this had been done and the IDX updated via the feed from HAR the property no longer displays as a pre-foreclosure. Thank you very much for bringing the issue to my attention.
