While the word TexaPlex is new I am thinking it will be very popular in the coming years as more and more people realize the bounty here in Texas. Overall Texas is weathering the economic downturn very well, sure we have some job losses, some foreclosures but nothing like one reads about in Florida, California or Arizona or even Michigan. Here in Austin we are poised and ready to embrace more jobs, more population and a bright future.
